Founder & President

Grant Moss founded Adapt IP Ventures in 2011 and brings extensive experience in intellectual property transactions, including patent sales, licensing programs, and strategic portfolio development across a wide range of industries. His work spans both advisory and execution, helping clients unlock value from complex IP assets through structured, market-driven approaches.

Prior to founding Adapt IP Ventures, Grant held roles in IP brokerage and investment firms, where he advised on acquisition, fundraising, and litigation-related strategies. He has been recognized in leading industry rankings and has contributed to publications focused on IP monetization, reflecting his expertise in aligning innovation with commercial outcomes.

Brian Bochicco

Vice President

Brian Bochicco leads patent monetization and analysis initiatives, bringing a strong foundation in both technical evaluation and market assessment. As a former USPTO Patent Examiner and Registered Patent Agent, he has been directly involved in over 50 IP transactions, supporting both buy-side and sell-side engagements across diverse technology sectors.

Before joining Adapt IP Ventures, Brian worked with global consulting and technology firms, advising on patent strategy, litigation support, and portfolio development. His experience combines engineering expertise with commercial insight, enabling him to assess IP assets from both a technical and market viability perspective.

Kaila Little

Director

Kaila Little specializes in developing and executing patent portfolio monetization strategies, with a focus on financial analysis, valuation, and market positioning. She plays a key role in identifying high-potential IP assets and preparing them for successful commercialization through structured transactions and targeted outreach.

Her work involves close collaboration with clients to evaluate technologies, build strategic narratives, and support end-to-end deal execution. With a strong focus on aligning IP assets with market demand, Kaila contributes to delivering measurable outcomes through disciplined analysis and execution.
